If your excited about Christmas and are eagerly awaiting the big day to arrive, then fear not! You can now track the days until December 25th on your idevice!
Sleeps to Christmas Lite does just that, featuring a variety of lovingly drawn characters that hold up signs counting down the nights, hours, minutes and even seconds to Christmas day.
Snow falls in the background and festive songs such as Jingle Bells and Dreaming of a white Christmas play in the background.

The Christmas list is an application for Christmas shoppers with extremely busy schedules and large family’s. It combines Christmas shopping organisation with a kind of diary scenario, sorting gifts into different “people categories”
You can sync Christmas lists directly via your E-mail and there is no need to re-enter the information twice. You have access to a shopping list view, allowing you to get through the stores quickly and efficiently and then assign one gift to multiple recipients if required.
Budgets are track-able per person in your list and the application has an option for password protection to stop prying eyes trying to see what there presents are. Stores can also be sorted into favorite categories, so you have access to a list of popular retailers at your fingertips.
You can import people into the app directly from your iPhone’s contacts and track gifts by status, shipping, received and tracked, as well as keeping photos of people and gifts, it even features a countdown to the big day, helping you to avoid that last minute Christmas Rush.
3. Dr Seuss Camera – The Grinch Edition – $0.99 on iTunes 11
The Dr Seuss Camera allows you to take pictures of yourself as Seuss characters and the new Grinch edition lets you take pictures aas the Grinch himself. This app is great fun for kids and allows you to personalize “Grinchmas Cards” with comical stamps, borders and classical Seussian text and these can then be e-mailed to friends and family.
The app features over 20 cards based on original artwork by Dr. Seuss and lets you take a picture of your face in the cut out or alongside the characters.
You can load images directly from your camera roll and move, rotate, scale and delete stamps to customize your cards and you can even save the cards to your photo library and e-mail them to friends and family.

Santa’s Christmas Village is a huge application and features 17 fun activities that will plunge you into the Christmas spirit and keep you (or the kids) occupied for hours. The application has everything from Mahjong, Checkers and Snowman Hangman to mind games like Word Search and Sudoku
The features of the app are all built into a village with computer painted graphics and it features over 25 Christmas songs from seasonal folk music to your favorite seasonal tunes.

- Night Before Christmas – In this game, players navigate Santa’s sleigh and the toys must be delivered on time. The cards app, a free application by Apple, lets you create greetings cards, personalized by your own text and photos directly from your camera roll. You can choose from dozens of pre-made designs including 6 new holiday themes and then customize it with a personal message or photo.
You can send multiple cards at once, selecting up to 12 recipients, personalizing each card in a different way and then sending them individually to your friends or family.
The card can show exactly where the photo was taken by using the GPS date within the photo but only if it was added at the time the photo was taken. Cards also features designs from eight holiday occasions including Holiday, Thank You, Baby, Birthday, Love, Travel and Mother’s Day.
Cards can be sent within the United States for $2.99 and anywhere else in the world for $4.99, that’s no different from going to the shop and buying a Christmas card for whoever your sending it to and this app covers postage costs to, a truly great way to save at Christmas
In the US cards delivered to an address will automatically notify your iPhone or iPad of delivery via the US Postal Service Intelligent Mail bar-code giving you piece of mind that your card has arrived safely to the correct address.
