The wikipanion application lets you access Wikipedia faster than ever from your portable device.
The app features an easy search and navigation feature, and a great display of the entries on Wikipedia that you want to look at.
There is a table of contents that knows where you are in the page, dual language searching and switching and also a clever little feature that groups your history by the last visit date.
The app has table based category browsing, interactive font residing and the ability to save images to the photo library.
The application is advertisement free and features multiple search methods including smart completion, Google searching and a full text Wikipedia search feature.

It is currently compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 4.3 or later.
