Review: MegaPhone by en&is iPhone Amplifier

Review: MegaPhone by en&is iPhone Amplifier

The beautifully designed Megaphone for the iPhone created by the italian company en&is allows you to amplify the sound coming from your idevice with out electricity. These days speakers/docks for peoples idevice’s are becoming more and more essential. The great team at en&is have created this very stylish Megaphone which supports all iPhones but the 1st and works with the iPod touch. The Megaphone is available for €399 and in 3 very distinctive colours White , Black and Gold. The Megaphone its self is made out of ceramic and was designed to amplify and optimise the sound for the best output.

In our review period we listened to multiple versions of our podcast as well as dub step tracks and also so acoustic tracks to make sure we tested this Megaphone with the full mix of audio. After completing multiple tests we found the device lacked bass in the sound , when sitting close to the Megaphone the audio does sound very high pitched and also has a very small listening radius but both of theses problems become less noticeable the further you get away from the device. When the Megaphone is pointing in your direction it can easily x3 the volume of your audio. For a sound test watch the video below.

The design of this product is one of the main features and this product is certainly one of the most modern looking idevice accessorise. The build quality of the Megaphone been finished amazingly but this does not stop little blips as each Megaphone is hand manufactured and this can defiantly be easily recognised when placed near a machine manufactured dock. One of the biggest problems is the size , I understand the Megaphone has to be this size to amplify the sound but for people in a office like me with hardly any desk space will struggle to find a place for the Megaphone.
