Pebble Smart-Watch To Begin Shipping On January 23rd
It seems to be a busy time of year for Kickstarter projects, especially with CES currently in full swing. The Pebble smart-watch is really no exception to this, with over $10 Million being raised to send the project into full mass-production and begin shipping on the 23rd of January.
The Pebble smart-watch connects to your iPhone via Bluetooth and can alert you to things like notifications to incoming phone calls, text messages and e-mails.
That’s not all, one of the greatest things about Pebble is that it will have its own app catalog, with apps that can turn the watch into a compass, running mate and even the ability to find local shops and entertainment.
The Pebble smart-watch features a 7-day battery life and can be charged by USB, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR technology and the display is completely scratch proof. Keep your eyes out on mac-reviews.net for a possible review on this watch coming later in the year!!
Should you wish to purchase one for yourself, then you can Pre-Order one from Pebble’s official Website. For more CES 2013 coverage be sure to check out our CES Hub and if you see anything you want to us to cover please let us know via Twitter @MacReviews
