Edit: After half day, my wife’s Mac started having the same problem. I have then applied the solution that I found in the Apple
iPhone Range Top In Agawi Screen Performance Tests
The iPhone has scored top marks on a screen performance test which show it to be up to 2x more responsive than its windows and android phone counterparts.
Researchers from cloud-streaming platform Agawi created a ‘Touch-scope’ using Arduino and other basic components, which places a light sensor over the screen and touch sensor on a glove.
The researcher tapped the screen up to 50 times, and each time the delay between tap and
reaction –also known as latency — was measured down to the millisecond.
The tests used slow motion cameras running at 240 frames a second, to show differences in response times for all the phones tested and these tests were also run on the iPhone 4 and 4S.
