Internet TV on Mac- Thanks to MacTVision
MacTVision makes you think about all the extra cash that you pay for your TV stations. And especially with the recent release of much awaited streaming video app by MacTVision, you can get a solution for all your TV needs.
It has 2600 TV stations and it is not the same as how your cable box works. The cable box has different functionality. MacTVision assembles streaming videos from different internet and web sources. For instance, C Span and BBC Three are being offered along with The Daily Show and South Park that have their own channel monikers. This system does not get around the international TV access restrictions, so though you can watch The Daily Show from anywhere around the world (just like it is available on Comedy Central website), you can’t watch Beeb if you do not live in Britain.
There are many features that are offered by this software:
These features allow you to go through an entire array of videos, including maintaining favorites list and filtering options. And using it is pretty simple. Just double click on the name of the show that you want to watch, and you will be able to see the episodes that are available. Now you can click on an episode and it will open using a viewer window. That window would look like a typical browser window. It will appear in small size- inside your web page. You have the option to expand the window by using the video controls present on screen.
And what is the advantage of using MacTVision? It will cost you $40 as the setup fee, and you can get all videos that fit the stream. And the disadvantages? You won’t find anything that you can’t get from your web browser. So in simpler terms, the price of this software is just like convenience fee, and not the charges for video services.
Do you think it’s worth to be bought ?
