You may have realised over the last few days all of your local Orange and T-mobile stores have been changed to Everything Everywhere this is due to a recent merge to launch the UK’s first 4g Network.

Today we seen EE launch across the UK with 4G Service now available in multiple cities such as Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield, and Southampton but do not worry EE claim to offer 4G coverage to 98% of the UK’s population by 2014.

So if you have an iPhone 5 , iPad 4th generation or iPad mini you will be able to take advantage of the 4G network but for a cost ,  500MB for ?36, 1GB for ?41, 3GB for ?46, 5GB for ?51, and 8GB for ?56.

Do not worry competition is on its way and this should see prices start to drop as Vodafone , O2 and Three are set to start offering 4G in the UK sometime in spring of 2013.
